Position: Finance Assistant

We require a Finance Assistant to work at our head office in Perth, Scotland.
The main responsibities of this role include: Sales Ledger; carrying out necessary credit checks on new and existing customers, maintaining regular contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed. Payroll; assisting with the checking and preparation of the weekly payroll. Purchase Ledger; assisting with the processing and payment of invoices and checking expenses.
The successful candidate will be methodical and organised with the ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy. Have good attention to detail, proven numerical/written skills and good communication skills.
This is a full time post, the company operates a 37.5 hour working week, Monday to Friday.
