Quality Control Quality Control in 8 steps

As a manufacturer of the finest quality kilting and furnishing fabrics we apply specifically tailored quality systems aimed at achieving the best possible quality on a consistant basis in every step of our manufacturing and warehousing process.

These systems include the testing of all raw materials before we accept delivery. All yarns are checked at least twice opon quality and colour match. We keep an extensive colour archive to ensure continuity.

Quality Checked During production we also have system checks at every process from warping to finishing to ensure that the end product meets our specifications.
All fabric is passed by hand and checked at least 6 times before it leaves our warehouse.
Quality Martindale Rubs We test the martindale rubs to check the quality of fabrics. Many of our fabrics are in contract quality. This means, that the fabric has to withstand more than 40,000 times rubbing against a test fabric before any wear and tear can be noticed.
